Stay at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment of character designed to offer you a beautiful experience:
- A living space with a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs;
- A mezzanine night area separated from the living space, a comfortable double bed (sheets provided!) as well as storage spaces;
- A kitchen with the essentials: fridge-freezer, microwave, electric hob, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
- Bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and some storage, toilet.
Enjoy the charm of the old, combined with a tasteful renovation.
The whole apartment is heated in winter (19° maximum in the room).
Guest access
You can enjoy the entire place for the duration of your stay.
Although partially renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has the elements of the old (defects, dust...).
Despite the formal prohibition of smoking, a smell of residual tobacco is present, thank you for respecting this prohibition for the comfort and respect of all.

OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS
The listing is managed by Keytoko, a Toulouse-based partner of Airbnb and Luckey. By completing your reservation, you agree to these conditions:
- Security deposit: for this reservation, a security deposit ("deposit") is requested via Swikly: it is a secure online deposit request system (without debiting or blocking funds on bank cards). This security deposit solution will not cost you anything and no charge will be made if we do not see any damage in the accommodation.
- In accordance with Airbnb's off-platform policy, filling out a "Check-in Online" as a police form is mandatory, even if the message is external to the platform. You will then need to provide information such as your name, surname, date and place of birth, address, contact information, as well as an identity document and a selfie. This data is secured by our partner Avantio whose servers are located in Europe and who keep it 1 year after the reservation, the collection is carried out in accordance with the RGPD, all measures being taken to avoid alteration, processing or unauthorized access to your data.
- The apartment can be secured by a device (UNMIT) that continuously monitors the noise level, temperature, number of occupants, humidity, number of internet connections... In order to ensure compliance with the regulations and the safety of all. No identifying information is collected.
- The person who made the reservation must be present, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, parties/events are prohibited and there can be no more people in the accommodation than occupants indicated in the reservation.
- Arrivals are between 5pm and 11pm and departures at 11am. Any departure after 11am will be subject to a billing of 30€ per hour started.
- For any reservation longer than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense. We will agree dates and times together.
- The accommodation (and what is in it) must be returned in the state in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), that is to say: clean (you must not scour the accommodation but leave it normally clean, quite simply), without waste, without dirty dishes and furniture in its original place.
The cleaning package covers the costs of a cleaning that is carried out BEFORE your arrival, on the basis of accommodation left normally clean, as well as clean linen and consumables made available to you (the consumables provided are a welcome kit and we do not provide others).
- Before each arrival, a general inventory of the accommodation with photo is made. If you notice any anomaly or lack on your arrival, you must report it to us (with photo) within 5 business hours.
- If the accommodation is left very dirty, with unwashed or poorly washed dishes, and/or with waste, if equipment is damaged, if a cigarette smell is present... our teams will be able to report it immediately and we can ask you for financial compensation for damage and/or additional cleaning time; this compensation can amount to several times the value of the cleaning package or according to the actual costs (unwashed dishes = 10€/item, cigarette smell = 150€, torn/stained sheets = 50€...).
