Family visit
We chose Hotel Alize because it was Very close to our relatives. We could walk to their house easily. It was simple, quiet and clean. The breakfast each morning was good. The cafe au lait was delicious!! The reception was excellent!

A great find ,
This small unpretentious hotel is brilliant value for money. No luxurious foyer and fancy fittings, but exceptionally helpful management and staff, excellent attention to detail: spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable beds, fresh white bed linen and towels, toiletries provided, and the kind offer to use microwave and eating area if desired. A short walk to the metro and a very good restaurant nearby, suggested by owner Bertrand, provided a delicious meal. I am not sure if fans or air conditioning are provided when the weather is hot.

Good stay for value
The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable. They had a crib for our baby so this was a big plus. The breakfast cost an extra but it is good. Staff was very friendly and was always available.

Great Value in Toulouse
The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Metro, which was very convenient. The room was quite large and clean, no air conditioning, but a big window with good ventilation. Staff were nice but not a great command of English. The breakfast was good and well priced. the restaurants in the neighborhood were a bit wanting, but this was in August when many store and restaurant owners were on vacation.

The hotel facilities are of somewhat surprisingly basic, but the staff there are wonderful. A stronger coffee at breakfast may be more welcome - with respect it was the weakest coffee that I have tasted in the past 20+ years!

Although the hotel is in a 70's time warp, it is clean and the staff are friendly. Not close to the centre, but you can catch the Metro.

Perfectly Acceptable stop over spot
I was headed for a trip through the Pyrenees from Paris. I used the hotel as a break after the 700 km drive down from Charles de Gaul. Close to main roads. Lots of restaurants close by as well as a big grocery store across the street.

Excellent hotel close to the centre of Toulouse
I stayed here with my daughter for a week. The hotel was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. Lovely simple breakfast of bread, croissant, juice and tea/coffee with a good choice of jams, nutella and honey. There was also a microwave we used when we didn't want to eat out. Lovely little patio area to the side of the hotel as well. One of the best things about the hotel are the lovely owners. We were early for check in, but they didn't mind and quickly got our room ready for us. They were really helpful and were happy to help with information about getting around Toulouse and even tried to help us find accommodation for my daughter who is spending a year in Toulouse as a teaching assistant. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to family members.
