Set in a picturesque and highly convenient location in one of the region's most sought-after areas, this sprawling waterfront property ticks all the boxes for an unforgettable getaway fit for the whole family.

Start your day with a morning stroll along the lake, and then from the upper deck enjoy your morning coffee soaking in the tranquil lake views whilst watching pelicans cruise by. Come the evening, relax with a drink as you watch the magical sunsets, fire up the BBQ and enjoy dining al fresco in the outdoor entertaining space. If you prefer, bring the cooking indoors and enjoy cooking in the kitchen featuring modern design touches and beautiful timber finishes. Outfitted with all the essentials you can think of, cooking will be a dream. Better yet, there’s a coffee maker, so be sure to enjoy a brew or two on us and lounge in the sun-drenched reading nook.

Generously accommodating up to ten guests across six bedrooms (outfitted with four queen beds and two bunk beds) and three bathrooms. We can also accommodate 2 extra children in the property.

Situated between the glittering blue waterways of Tuggerah Lake and Budgewoi Lake, Toukley is a tranquil hideaway with big attractions in every direction. Toukley is surrounded by a variety of beautiful beaches, so be sure to visit them all to find your favourite. Some of the local’s favourites are Cabbage Tree Harbour, a sheltered bay with a rockpool for the kids to enjoy; Canton Beach, which is a lovely lakeside beach with a fully-fenced park and playground; Soldiers Beach, a surfers dream with pristine white sand and azure seas; and Lakes Beach, a dog-friendly beach.

Once you’ve had your fill of swimming, sandcastle building, seashell hunting, or surfing, make sure you take advantage of the boutique shopping on offer. Whether you’re after unique, Australian made fashion, or some of the finest regional produce in Australia, there’s something for everyone.

Fancy learning about maritime history? Make sure to head to the Norah Head Lighthouse, which offers guided tours and boasts a birds-eye-view from the top.
