"The apartment itself is more than adequate for the price listed. The building itself is shabby and the courtyard that is shared with 2 restaurants echoes with kitchen clatter until late into the night. It's not really a problem if you close the windows. The apartment is well-equipped, but unfortunately the bed and pillows (flat as a board) are probably the worst I've ever slept on. The location of the property is ideal for those who want to enjoy Nice, the markets etc. "

"Nicole was a very good host – friendly, welcoming, happy to answer questions, made sure that we knew how to contact her, without being at all intrusive. The apartment was comfortable with modern shower room and small kitchen fitted to a high standard. We had everything we needed. "A well earned break away from the hustle and bustle of life, Nice and Cannés are just a short drive away for some city action but for a more relaxed pace, the mountain villages are delightful with some excellent restaurants. The house has everything you need and makes a great base, the pool is amazing and the outside space allows for outdoor activities, even table tennis. We really enjoyed our break."
