"This is an excellent rental location, with an outstanding view of Nice and its bay. The apartment is spotless (you could eat off any surface in this flat), it is superbly equipped, from the dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, planche bbq, plenty of cutlery and crockery. The air-conditioning is also very efficient. The black-out shutters also ensure a very good night’s sleep. The flat is spacious - we were 4 adults and 2 young children and wanted for nothing. The pool is well protected...

"Elina and Jean-Paul were very pleasant hosts and the sun terrace and the large pool are what make this property what it is. To have such a large pool is very rare in this area. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with an update especially in the kitchen but overall we had a very nice stay"

"The property has a fabulous garden and pool area which we made use of daily. .Minor issue some chipped crockery replacement and interior refresh would really elavate the property which is well equipped and spacious. Sandrine is a great host .She responded to any queries quickly and helped us when our daughter lost her bag and also picked us up from the supermarket one day as we couldnt get an uber which was really kind of her ..Driving is highly recommended as walking up and down the...
