"Everything is as described. Overall, it's a decent and clean hostel. Nothing fancy. Many inexpensive little things can be added or improved. More hangers in the bathroom and bunkbed to hang towels and clothes. More lockers and/or small tables. Small light on each bed (for reading). Maybe also, a big blackboard for weekly events/activities or just to write messages."

"First of fall, I do like this hostal because of distance to Pyramids. You can literally walk to the great pyramid of Cholula in 10mins. Very safe nighbarhood. Front Desk is willing to help your stay make better. In my case, frontdesk reserched for me the schedual fof buses and printed out Map for me. "

"Pésima experiencia, al llegar no respetaron mi reservación su excusa fue que le llegó un equipo de fútbol y que habia dado todas las habitaciones, no me dejaron entrar ni a la recepción toda la información me la dieron en la puerta emparejada y me atendió el velador (persona no amable) ya que el gerente no se encontraba. No me dieron solución inmediata tenía que regresar en la próximos 30 días para solucionar mi situación. "
