It is an individual private estate, fully fenced with covered parking for two vehicles and automatic gate. It has barbecue (with everything you need) and wood oven.
There is also a pool (private) of slightly salty water (without chlorine or chemical products) very comfortable to relax or go with children since the maximum depth is 1.35 meters.
It has a large terrace, with a small garden where they are, orange, olive and other kinds of trees and fruit trees.
The house on the ground floor consists of living room with air conditioning and heat pump, kitchen (fully equipped), a room with two single beds, a room with double bed, bathroom with shower.
The farm is located 4 km from the town of Totana that has all the necessary services, but at the same time you can enjoy the silence and tranquility as it is next to an access to the Sierra Espuña regional park without having to take the car.
