This sunny vacation home with beautiful garden and private pool with convenient access stairs is located just a few minutes from the beautiful old town of Tossa de Mar and the beach. The house in a quiet residential area is very well maintained and modernly equipped. Here you can refresh yourself in the pool and relax in the sun. You have a parking space at your disposal, but it is not suitable for large vehicles. Only a few minutes away from the beautiful bathing bay Mar Menuda, where you can eat delicious tapas at the typical chiringuitos or enjoy a freshly prepared cocktail in the evening by romantic candlelight. Tossa de Mar is the perfect vacation choice for beach lovers as well as for all culturally interested guests. Here you can choose from 3 different beaches and visit the historical city wall during a relaxing walk.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own.

Schönes Objekt in typisch Spanischer Wohngegend.
Schönes Haus, gepflegter Garten und tolle Abwicklung. Nur der Kfz-Stellplatz/Garage ist lediglich für kleine Kfz bzw. mit höherer Bodenfreiheit geeignet.

En general, hemos estado muy bien. Lo negativo: La ropa de cama olía muy mal, tuvimos que volver a lavarlas nosotros. Faltaban utensilios de cocina: sartenes pequeñas y en mal estado, escurridor, vasos de tubo,. espumadera. Los mandos a distancia no funcionaban y en algunos canales no había buena conexión.
