Villa Engardina is a stylish, recently renovated oasis situated high above Toscolano Maderno and welcomes its guests in an exclusive, peaceful location. Surrounded by rolling hills and olive trees, it offers the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation, where you can unwind in complete seclusion after an eventful day.
Just 15 minutes away, you can reach the picturesque lakeshore of Maderno, from where a boat service takes you to the most popular places around Lake Garda. The charming town of Salò, with its inviting restaurants, bars and stores, is also within easy reach.
The villa is spread over three levels, which have been generously and thoughtfully designed:
Second floor: a bedroom with a double bed, another with a single bed and a modern bathroom with shower offer everything you need for a restful night's sleep on this floor.
Second floor: The elegant dining area with a luxuriously equipped kitchen - including an American fridge with ice cube and water dispenser as well as a Bora stove - invites you to cook and enjoy. The adjoining dining room offers a breathtaking view of the lake, and the spacious terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.
First floor: Another bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the pool area provides extra comfort. A spacious bathroom with shower, a small laundry room and a cozy living room with TV round off the first floor.
All floors are accessible either via an elegant spiral staircase or external stairs. Due to the lack of a child safety device on the stairs, we recommend the villa for guests without small children.
The outdoor area of the villa is a real highlight: a panoramic pool, surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable seating, invites you to relax. The well-tended garden with olive and fig trees, on a 4000 m² plot, offers nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet a little paradise.
Villa Engardina is available all year round and is equipped with independent heating, so you will also find a cozy home in winter. Bed linen, towels and free WLAN are of course provided. Private parking is available directly on the property.
