The apartment "Marieclaire" is located on the beautiful coast of Lake Garda from which the gaze is lost between the blue of the lake and the green of the cypresses. A residence where access to the lake and the pier is located on the property where you can enjoy the beauty of the lake, an aperitif or an excellent glass of wine. The apartment offers a large terrace and is located just minutes from excellent restaurants and the beautiful and equally luxurious "Golf Bogliaco". Furnished with a refined design, it is the ideal destination for those who want all the comforts without going out into the confusion and enjoying a romantic or family holiday in relaxation, but unforgettable. A few kilometers away are both the center of Salò and that of Gargnano where it is possible to go shopping.
The apartment is about 45 square meters and can accommodate 2 people. Living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Terrace of approx. 10 sqm furnished. Private parking space and the possibility of sunbathing on the dock.
Comforts include induction cooker (2 burners and extractor), fridge with freezer, German coffee machine, kettle, Italian coffee machine (moka), TV with only Italian channels, Wi-Fi, access to the pier and a part of the garden.

Toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.
There is no heating in the apartment.

Sport and health: max 15 km: tennis at 5 km, mountain-bike, E-bike, excursions, Nordic-walking, sailing, kitesurfing and surfing at 15 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf at Bogliaco Golf.

Lage top, Wohnung Mittelmaß
Der Zugang zum See ist einmalig, wobei die Bretter auf dem Steg zum Teil schon morsch sind. Auf der Terrasse hat man Morgensonne, d.h. an heißen Nachmittagen kann man hier im Schatten liegen. Für Sonnenanbeter ist der Pier ideal. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen mit Hund ideal. Allerdings ist vor allem das Bad schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche sollte mal ausgetauscht werden (Schimmel), genauso wie die Couch. Die Kloospülung ist immer leicht gelaufen, die Deckenleuchte im BAd ging nicht, und die Terrassentüre klemmte. Wir hatten Angst, dass der Griff mal rausgeht.

Vielen lieben Dank. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für Mensch und Tier. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
Der kurze Weg zum Wasser ist perfekt. Auch dass man nicht im Tourismus wohnt sondern inmitten von Italien. Ein sehr schönes italienisches Haus direkt am See.

gutes kleines Appartment mit direktem Seezugang etwas außerhalb von Maderno
Der direkte Seezugang mit eigenem privatem Steg ist klasse. Bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt. Eine Klimaanlage wäre toll. Der Toaster müsste ausgetauscht werden.

Ein entspannter Urlaub!
Die Lage des Hauses ist nur wenige Minuten vom Ortskern entfernt. Wir waren im Mai dort und hatten 1-2 weitere Mieter im Haus, ansonsten waren wir alleine und dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Der Steg am Wasser ist ein Traum! Egal ob Sonnenbaden, SUP, Kajak oder nur die Hunde am Wasser spielen lassen, hier sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. Abends ein Gläschen Wein und dabei zusehen, wie es dunkel wird und die Lichter entlang des Sees angehen war einfach nur wunderschön! Die Terrasse befindet sich passend auf der Seite, wo man morgens zum Frühstück gleich Sonne hat. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen mit zwei Hunden optimal. Für weitere Personen oder Kinder finden wir es zu klein. Die Couch sollte mal ausgetauscht werden, sie wird bereits durch Steine gestützt und sieht nicht mehr sehr schön aus. Hier könnte niemand darauf schlafen. Generell leider ein Stern Abzug, aufgrund der mangelhaften Sauberkeit am Boden, Lampen und dem Bad. Auch die Steckdose und den Wasserboiler bitte erneuern - die beiden führten zu einigen Stromausfällen!
