"The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!"

The house was recently fully renovated and decorated with top standard modern appliances and beautiful antique furniture and decorations. "The building is lovely with a fantastic outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The location is perfect. Very easy access from the train station a short walk to stores, restaurants, and other. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the clothes washing machine was filthy and the tea pot was unusable. "

"Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees.
