"Reception service on arrival could have been better...one guest being dealt with ahead of me who then went to get something from his car or somewhere. No communication with me or "sorry please bear with me". Nothing. This guest's wife then comes back in and it takes 10 minutes to deal with her before i am dealt with. Annoyingly, the bar wasn't open in the afternoon and we noticed quite a number of people waiting when it did open.
