"Good value for its price. We had a private room for 2, overall quite clean and decent bed (albeit a bit hard and really low/flat pillows). The one actual negative I had is that the sound isolation from outside noice (such as the 6am garbage truck) is truly awful. One of our windows was sagging and unable to fully close, and the blinds were stuck too. Would be a solid 5/5 stars of they fixed the issue above and of they had a few more comfortable beds."

"Ostello is a great location, away from the touristy areas. My husband and I chose this place, for the 3rd time because it’s in a local & quiet neighborhood. There are about 3 restaurants and a gelato place within 3 min of walking. We stayed for a week (for the 3rd time) and here’s things to consider. You won’t be getting new towels, toilet paper and change of sheets, after staying many days, unless you ask. We stayed for a week, as a family of 4, and had to ask for new towels and more toilet...

"We stayed in the upstairs apartment of a farmhouse. The owners Mom was very thorough in her checking procedures even though her English was limited. The apartment was well insulated and clean. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "
