L'ESTARTIT: Very beautiful air-conditioned villa (160 m²), fully equipped, private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), large fenced garden (lawn on 4 sides), sheets and towels (2 per person) provided and included in the price. rental price. Our villa is designed for a maximum of 8 people, it is air conditioned except the bedroom located on the ground floor. You will have free internet access (low speed) thanks to the WIFi system with which the house is equipped. It has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a bathroom with WC and shower. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and its private bathroom (wc, bath / shower) then two other bedrooms and a bathroom (wc, bath / shower). These 3 bedrooms open onto a large balcony, overlooking the plain, the sea and the Mongri. A real joy. The kitchen overlooks the terrace by the swimming pool, garden furniture for lunch and dinner on the terrace (2 tables are at your disposal as well as 8 chairs), 8 deckchairs and two large parasols. Shaded parking in the garden for 2 cars. A living / dining room with a dining area, a table and chairs, then a TV corner with a sofa and 2 armchairs. We receive many channels thanks to the satellite with TNT SAT.
Very quiet residential area, 3 km from l'Estartit and its large sandy beach 5 minutes by car (large free parking), 15 minutes by bike via the cycle and walking path. The house is 2 minutes by car from the supermarket (large choice of products, fruit, vegetables, bread, butchery, cold meats, dairy, fishmonger, cooked meals and large hours 8:30 am to 10 pm).
On arrival, you will find some essentials, refreshing drinks, coffee, sugar, dish and household cleaning products, sponge, toilet paper …….
We will provide you with a collection with the operation of household appliances, TV, DVD, WIFI code, some practical advice and information on the activities offered by this wonderful region, the shops …… ..

The day of your arrival, your entry into the villa will be possible from 5 p.m. Your departure will be at 10 am at the latest to allow us to prepare the villa for the next vacationers. Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Villa Rosa. Ein perfektes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Bei Problemen ist die Hausdame Raffi oder ihr Mann sofort zur Stelle. Tolle Umgebung. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Esterit (Kleiner Ort mit tollen Hafen und Restaurants) sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette villa magnifique et très bien entretenu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin, la vue de la terrasse et le calme des environs. Une très belle piscine aussi, l’eau était un peu fraîche en septembre. La cuisine était bien équipée et nous avons bien apprécié le colis de bienvenue déposé par Rafi. Seul petit bémol, lorsque le même jour et sans nous prévenir, le jardinier arrive à 10h30 du matin pour tondre la pelouse et le pisciniste à 13h pour nettoyer la piscine, ce n’était pas très agréable pour nous. Et il n’y pas de Mercadona tout près.

Super vacances en famille
La maison est exceptionnelle : Très bien située entre Toroella de Montgri et L’Estartit, il y a même la possibilité d’y aller à pieds grâce à un chemin de randonnée adapté à tous. Propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée, piscine fabuleuse avec entretien durant le séjour. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille avec nos enfants. Merci pour tout Corinne et Rafi. Maison parfaite pour des vacances entre amis
Idéalement située, entre les commerces de proximité et la plage, cette belle maison saura satisfaire vos attentes pour des moments en famille ou entre amis. Tres bien équipée, vous n’aurez qu’à poser vos valises pour profiter pleinement. L’extérieur de la maison est très agréable, je recommande sans hésiter!!

Großartig. Wir kommen wieder.
Tolles Haus mit umfassender Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Begrüßung von Rafi und Ihrem Mann war sehr nett. Etwaige Anliegen wurden sofort von Rafi bearbeitet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Trotzdem sind Supermärkte, Strände und L‘Esterit mit tollen Hafen und Restaurants in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Prachtige villa
Geweldig mooie, goed onderhouden villa met alle comfort die noodzakelijk is voor een top verblijf. Echter zij er ook een paar punten van aandacht o.a: Toegang tot de villa is vanaf 17.00u en niet zoals VRBO vermeld vanaf 16.00u. Locatie adres is Carrer de Alemanya 39 i.p.v. 40, De sleutels voor toegang zitten niet in een z.g. Lockbox bij de villa maar worden na telefonisch contact met een beheerder (alleen maar Spaanstalig) gebracht en overhandigd. De WiFi code op de VRBO-site is niet correct (kijk in de welcome guide)

Wunderbare 14 Tage.....
Wir haben wunderbare 14 Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung mit rafi und ihrer Familie liefen sehr gut und herzlich ab. Traumhaftes Haus in L'Estartit
Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Rosa von Anfang an genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas am Berg inmitten eines Wohnviertels mit z.T. bewohnten Ferienhäusern. Wir wurden herzlich von unserem Hauskeeper empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Abwicklung mit unserer Vermieterin Corinne war sehr problemlos und klappte tadellos. Die Kaution wurde bereits am Tage nach unsere Abreise wieder zurücküberwiesen. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Pool (ca. 7 x 9 m) und einen Traumhaften Garten. Absolut ruhige Lage. Schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung und Küste. Nahes Naturschutzgebiet lädt zu Wanderungen ein! Das Haus ist so wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt und verfügt über klimatisierte Zimmer (Wohnzimmer + 3 Schlafzimmer). Schön und modern eingerichtet. Großer Fernseher und SAT-Anlage, Blurayplayer. Wifi vorhanden und OK: Ausreichende und zweckmäßige Einrichtung der Küche und Haushaltsutensilien. Induktionsherd. Gute Auswahla n Pfannen und Topfen. Und sauber. Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Kühlschrank könnte bei Belegung von max. acht Personen größer sein (z.B. für Getränke). 4 große Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Davon 1 Badezimmer on-Suite. Bis zum Strand in L'Estartit ca. 5km. Schöner großer Supermarkt am Eingang des Wohnviertels mit gutem Obst/Gemüse, Fleisch- und Fischabteilung. Sehr gute Bäckerei! Der Erholungswert war grandios und wir würden diese Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!!!

Relax and Enjoy in beautiful Spain
This Villa has everything you want during your vacation. A great yarden with swimming pool, BBQ, enough chairs, lounges, parasolls. Inside the house you will find everything you need. It is close to the shops and beach and the owners respond quickly to all your questions and demands. I can recomend this place!

Sehr nette und herzliche Begrüssung druch Rafa und Ihren Mann - Danke! Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb mit direkter Meersicht, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Der Pool - das Highlight! Grosser Pool mit schöner und gepflegter Gartenanlage und Sitzplatz. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und hell eingerichtet, die drei Zimmer im OG mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse mit Meehrblick. WLAN im ganzen Haus, drei Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ich als Vermieter würde einen neuen Grill anschaffen, die beiden vorhandenen waren doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lage: in 5 Minuten gelangt man mit dem Auto ans Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer Fahrminute erreichbar. Danke für diese tollen Momente, wir haben's sehr genossen£

Ein schöner Urlaub
Schönes, gepflegtes Haus in wundervoller Umgebung. Der Pool war sehr sauber, Ende September aber schon reichlich frisch. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Möbel könnten aber mal ersetzt werden. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Fantastic villa
Just spent a lovely week with my family at Villa Rossi. The villa has everything you need and more, for a relaxing holiday. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. We were 7 adults and there was plenty of room. Excellent facilities in the villa, Netflix helped on a very wet evening ! We would definitely recommend. A trip to Villa Rossa. Wir waren zu fünft in dem Haus und alle waren begeistert. Alles genauso wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war nur auf Spanisch möglich, es hat aber trotzdem alles sehr gut geklappt

Sejour de qualite et beaucoup de bienveillance de la part du proprietaire
Belle propriete...tres agreable ...tres bien equipee...je recommande particulierement la location de cette maison surtout dans le cadre de vacances familiales...l endroit est egalement paisible et les plages sont tres agreables et tranquilles. Corinne la proprietaire est tres a l ecoute et d une reactivite impressionnante sur chacune de nos demandes. Sa maison est tres tres agreable a vivre ...piscine...clim..joli confort ...je recommande tout particulierement sa propriete.

Sehr gute und komfortable Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter und Verwalter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft als auch den Ort unbedingt empfehlen. Insbesondere im Herbst kann man die atemberaubende Natur ungestört genießen, da die großen Touristenmassen dann nicht mehr da sind.

Gelungener Urlaub - Alles so, wie beschrieben !
Ruhige Gegend, 5Minuten (mit dem Auto) zum nächstgelegenen Strand. Nette "Betreuung" vor Ort - allerdings keine deutschen und auch keine englischen Sprachkenntnisse.... Alles so, wie auf den Fotos, Fernsehprogramme zwar wild durcheinander - aber letztlich so ziemlich alle deutschen Programme verfügbar.Bildqualität eingeschränkt(Format, lässt sich auch nicht erolgreich einstellen)aber erträglich. WLan schwächelt erheblich..... Kücheneinrichtung komplett, alles funktioniert! Garten und Pool grosszügig bemessen und regelmäßig gepflegt.Große Supermärkte in der Nähe(auch LIDL) . Kleines Problem : Ameisen (auch und gerade)in der Küche! Insektenspray war zwar ausreichend vorhanden(und hat dann auch für 2,3 Tage geholfen) -haben wir aber wegen der Kinder nur zurückhaltend benutzt..... - bisschen lästig (positiver ausgedrückt: mediterran halt...) ! Tolles Umland mit vielen Ausflugszielen/Buchten und Stränden innerhalb einer Autostunde..... Trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen ein GUTES Angebot zu angemessenen Kosten!

Tolles Ferienhaus
Es ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe von Raffi trug dazu bei sich sofort willkommen zu fühlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an die Vermieterin die sich von Anfang an sehr sehr herzlich um alles gekümmert hat! Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen beiden von Herzen alles Gute.

Superbe location
Idéale pour des vacances en famille cette villa est très bien équipée, propre, literie et linge ( drap, serviettes) de qualité, le jardin et la piscine sont bien entretenus. Le calme du quartier est très appréciable pour se reposer. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la grande plage de sable fin de l’Estartit et son grand parking gratuit. Merci à la propriétaire pour les rafraîchissements et autres petites choses que nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
