House with capacity for 6 or 8 people. Located in a very quiet and central area of Estartit, just 150 meters from the beach.
Distributed in 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), living-dining room with a large sofa bed for 2 more people, a kitchen with access to the balcony, 2 bathrooms, terrace, garage and private garden/patio with parking for 2 cars.

It has air conditioning with a heat pump and a TV. Free high-speed WIFI inside the house.

The house and the patio/garden are for the exclusive use of guests.

Estartit enjoys a long beach of fine sand of almost 6 km long, very shallow and very suitable for families, being one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava. The Medes Islands Underwater Nature Reserve enjoys a unique seabed and is appreciated all over the world for scuba diving.
Together with the Montgrí massif, of scenic interest for its flora and fauna, and the Baix Ter plain, make it a place of great beauty.

Within a radius of 40 km we find places of great scenic value (Lake Bañoles, the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa). Cities such as Girona (Cathedral, Jewish Quarter, Universities), Figueres (Dalí Museum), Cadaqués, Cap de Creus Natural Park and a long list of activities that can be done and very interesting places that can be visited.
