"La Chiusa was magnificent. Gorgeously restored historical property nestled in their own olive grove, caring attentive staff, and a young chef creating absolutely delicious new takes on traditional Tuscan classics. We walked around the grounds, did some stargazing, and enjoyed the personal attention and the cooking class. 12/10, 3 thumbs up, 6 stars. Can't recommend it highly enough. We cannot wait to go back."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Rotelle. It is in a beautiful setting and we were blessed with a beautiful sunny day. We sat outside in several of the garden settings and around the pool. There was a huge wedding happening the following day but we were lucky enough to be the only 4 guests and were treated to a multi course meal prepared with such pride by Chef Jean Carlos.
