Na propriedade há tanque para pesca, os peixes não podem ser levados do local. O local é tranquilo e também é próximo de Brotas, cidade do turismo de aventura. Além das atividades em rios e cachoeiras, a região montanhosa tem clima ideal para dias frios.

A região e fica a 10 minutos do centro de Torrinha, onde há opções diversas de comércio e a 20 minutos do centro de Brotas.
