"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"It is situated in a historical building however very nicely decorated. The area has many many options. We came to Genoa by train and the location is 11-15 minutes walking distance. "The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment...

"The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "
