Just as it looks in the photos .
Just as shown in the photos . Quiet residential area and good to have a 20min walk to lake, restaurants and shops. Domus agents we’re very quick to deal with noisy dog next door and our need for heating as it got colder . Floors were a little grubby and it would have been helpful to have a change of towels on a 9 night stay. Superb view and all well equipped villa .

Changeable Weather....
The position and exposure of the villa made it ideal for my stay. Despite the changeable weather (sun, rain, wind) I was able to visit the Garda and Valpolicella area, enjoying the company of my friends in a spacious, well furnished and equipped villa

wir wurden wunderbar empfangen und das haus ist nur zu empfehlen. danke an die vermieter und besonders an den empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe. alles unkompliziert und super freundlich. liegt sehr ruhig aber man ist trotzdem gleich im ort. alles sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. nochmals vielen dank für den super Aufenthalt.

Das Objekt liegt wunder schön, oberhalb von Torri del Benaco, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Garten ist großartig gepflegt und perfekt auch für einen Aufenthalt mit einem Hund geeignet. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzplätze, beim Grill im Garten, oder auf dem Balkon. Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist atemberaubend. Es ist auch eine Außendusche vorhanden.

Sehr groß und ein wenig 90er Charme. Tolle Aussicht und perfekt für 7 Personen. Das Einzelzimmer ist ein wenig klein und zum Vorplatz des Hauses und die 3 Doppelzimmer sind zum Garten raus mit Seeblick. Eins der Badezimmer ist groß und mit Badewanne, die schon sehr alt. Das andere Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und ein wenig kleiner. Der Garten ist gepflegt und sehr groß, Es fehlt nur noch ein Swimmingpool dann wäre es perfekt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Schönes Retro-Objekt mit herrlicher Aussicht
Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Villa ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Man hat von den beiden Terrassen einen herrlichen Panoramaausblick über den Lago die Garda. Uns fehlte es im Haus an nichts. Auch die Außendusche, den großen Garten mit Olivenbäumen sowie die rustikale Terrasse im Erdgeschoss fanden wir sehr ansprechend. Einzig schade sind die fehlenden Türgummis an Türen und Fenstern. Dadurch ist es sehr hellhörig und laut wenn die Türen und Fenster betätigt werden.

Toller Ausblick, schöne Villa, sehr schmale Straßen
Die Villa hat eine gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Fernseher und Stereoanlage sind vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist retro (der Name ist Programm), geschmackvoll bis rustikal, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das tollste ist die obere Terrasse/Balkon mit ihrem Ausblick. Den haben wir morgens und abends ausgiebig genossen. Super ist auch der Grill und die langen Holztische auf der unteren Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt ausschließen Fensterläden (keine Rolläden), die lautstark in ihren Fixierungen einrasten (nötig wegen dem Wind). Die Hellhörigkeit ist ein Wermutstropfen an der Villa. Kein Fenster und keine Tür hat einen Dichtgummi, was das Öffnen und Schließen laut macht. Es gibt keinen Pool, dafür einen netten, getreppten Terrassengarten mit Oliven- und Limettenbäumen. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, die Villa zu finden (altes Navi/Funklöcher) und ein entspanntes Autofahren ist wegen der vorwiegend „0,75 spurigen“ Straßen kaum möglich. Aber das gleicht der Traumhaus-Charakter der Villa locker wieder aus.

Une villa au coeur de chantiers de construction, une location à éviter à tout prix!
La villa rétro pourrait avoir beaucoup de charmes: splendide vue sur le lac de Garde, beau balcon, équipement un peu suranné mais, contrairement aux promesses, elle est entourée de chantiers de construction qui procurent un bruit continu, rendant le séjour infernal. En effet, dès 07:00 du matin, les grues se mettent en route et n'arrêtent pas avant 20:00. Au fond du jardin, l'on construit une villa, ce qui provoque des mouvements d'engins de chantier et la coupe de pierres qui s'égrène tout au long de la journée. A peine plus loin, des engins donnent des coups violents dans le sol. Nous avons dû nous enfuir dès le troisième jour de location alors que nous l'avons louée fort cher. Bref cette villa ne devrait pas être mise en location, c'est un vrai scandale, d'autant plus que le loueur a menti sur la qualité de l'environnement de la villa le qualifiant de "très calme".

Fantastisk miljö vid Garda . Huset var exakt det som utlovades på bilderna. Vi är jättenöjda.
Huset är välutrustat och fantastiskt om man som vi tycker om att laga mat. Stora sällskapsytor och ordentliga sovrum. Extra plus för den fina terassen och den härliga grilluteplatsen samt en underbar trädgård. Vi kan klart rekommendera detta hus som är totalt prisvärt. Domus rental har varit mycket bra att ha och göra med.

Haus gut, Vermieter super, Zufahrt schwierig
5 dicke Sterne für die Vermieteragentur Domusrental, die alles sehr freundlich und unkompliziert erledigt hat. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man nicht den halben Hausrat von zu Hause mitnehmen muss. Lediglich die sehr enge Anfahrt über eine teilweise nur einspurig zu befahrene Zufahrtstraße ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses mit toller Sicht, gepflegtem Grundstück mit Grillplatz und genügend Sitzplätzen im Haus, auf dem Balkon und der Gartenterrasse lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einen Fußweg ins Städtchen haben wir allerdings nicht gefunden. Leider konnten wir die Freiplätze wegen des mittelmäßigen Wetters nur selten nutzen. Im Haus selbst fanden wir die alten Holztüren und -fenster nicht optimal, da sie sich oft nur mit Lärm öffnen und schließen ließen. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil.
