Private upper floor apartment amongst the pinions overlooking Torrey. You will have beautiful mountain and red rock views from the deck and inside there is a spacious living room with pull-out-bed sofa , full kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, laundry room, and a king bedroom. This comfortable apartment is tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highways 12 and 24. Disc Golf Course on property (See Udisc.com and bring your own discs). **************************************************** If you choose to book, read the messages we send to you within the VRBO messaging system. App with notifications/textmessage enabled is recommended. *****************************************************Do not arrive before 3 PM without permission. *****************************************************No pets allowed, including ESA. Pet friendly lodging is available at The Rim Rock Inn. If you will be bringing a working service dog, please tell me. ****************************************************** IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ZOOM OR OTHER LIVE STREAMING VIDEO CALLS OR LIVE INTERNET WORK, DO NOT BOOK US (live meaning that buffering is inappropriate or unavailable). Our internet is good and works well for casual internet use and tv/music streaming (buffer will prevent pause), but it fluctuates and drops for about 3 seconds every few minutes, so your zoom meeting will drop. We can offer no promises of internet stability.

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us to relax and spend a couple of days. Everything was clean and organized, and we appreciated the recommendations for local restaurants and hiking in Capitol Reef.

This property is very spacious and comfortable. It is in a beautiful area with great views. We visited Capital Reef National Park and their location is also near local stores and restaurants.

We loved this place - roomy, comfortable and so close to CR and town! Would definitely recommend. We ate at Rim Rock patio and the pizza was fantastic (owner of rental owns restaurant).

Amazing location
We absolutely loved staying in this quiet, secluded spot. It was close to the Park, yet felt very private. Had all the amenities one might want and was a very relaxing place to stay. Amazing views any way we looked and lots of birds, which is always a plus in my book.

Nice place near Capitol Reef
For years we've been stuck in marginal hotels near Capitol Reef. It's great to see solid VRBO rentals are now available in the area. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting one of the under appreciated National Park in Utah

This is a great place to stay. It was great to have a full kitchen and laundry in the unit. The bed was super comfortable. The unit is well-appointed and the area is very quiet. Highly recommended!

This condo was perfect for my husband's and my visit to Capitol Reef National Park. The condo is large and well furnished. Beautiful property and very quiet. Owner communication was excellent. Easy check in and check out.

Spacious and well-equipped
We were only here for 2 nights, but we loved this space. Plenty of room, clean, very comfortable, close to the park and restaurants. It was so nice being able to do laundry at this half-way point on our trip to the Mighty 5. Host thought of everything we might need. If we ever visit Capitol Reef again, we will definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean, roomy, and the location was perfect!! The description was right on and the host was easy to work worth. If your traveling to Capital Reef I would highly recommend. If we ever come back through we would stay here again!!

Grand views and comfort near Capitol Reef
Everything about our stay was great. The views from the deck were sublime. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area was spacious. Everything in the bathroom and shower worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was a perfect base to explore Capitol Reef. When we return to the area, we will stay here again!

Capitol Reef Getaway
I was so happy to find this little getaway near the Capitol Reef National Park. Within 10 miles of the park and visitors center and perfect for our next trek towards Bryce Canyon/Zion NPs. Jon's wife Meaghan was a wonderful host, who gave us suggested things to do, places to see and places to eat! We enjoyed a great dinner at The Rim Rock Restuarant which is owned by Jon. Higly recommend this stay!!

Close to Capitol Reef
Toss us a great location. It’s 10 minutes from Capitol Reef national park and 5 minutes from Torrey. But, it’s on a large property so it’s quiet and away from others.

WOW! Just WOW!
Our stay here was fantastic! The property was quiet, clean, and was stocked like a home not a rental. Having a washer and dryer was much appreciated as Torrey Pines was halfway through our 3 week Utah trip. The large windows allowed us to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We wish we could have visited all 5 National Parks from Torrey so this could have been our only home base.
