Private upper floor apartment amongst the pinions overlooking Torrey. You will have beautiful mountain and red rock views from the deck and inside there is a spacious living room with pull-out-bed sofa , full kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, laundry room, and a king bedroom. This comfortable apartment is tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highways 12 and 24. Disc Golf Course on property (See Udisc.com and bring your own discs). **************************************************** If you choose to book, read the messages we send to you within the VRBO messaging system. App with notifications/textmessage enabled is recommended. *****************************************************Do not arrive before 3 PM without permission. *****************************************************No pets allowed, including ESA. Pet friendly lodging is available at The Rim Rock Inn. If you will be bringing a working service dog, please tell me. ****************************************************** IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ZOOM OR OTHER LIVE STREAMING VIDEO CALLS OR LIVE INTERNET WORK, DO NOT BOOK US (live meaning that buffering is inappropriate or unavailable). Our internet is good and works well for casual internet use and tv/music streaming (buffer will prevent pause), but it fluctuates and drops for about 3 seconds every few minutes, so your zoom meeting will drop. Very nice, clean and comfortable. The stairs were one flight and I knew that when booking. Alittle hard to locate at first. I would recommend and stay there again if in the area.

Directions and access from our host were easy to follow. Due to gluten allergy, we have to always cook while traveling. The kitchen was great for us. Very private with great views.

Outstanding Vacation
We stayed at this VRBO property in Torrey Utah to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary in October of 2024. Prior to arrival the owner/host sent us very detailed instructions including step by step directions. These directions included GPS coordinates that when cut and pasted into Google Maps walks you foot by foot right up to the front door. The rental is a second floor, single bedroom, single bath unit. When we arrived the home was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Everything was in its place and anything we would need was there. The rental is about 10 minutes away from the Capitol Reef National Park Visitors Center, our primary destination. It’s also about 50 minutes away from the town of Boulder Utah and the famous Hells Backbone Bar and Grill. The bookcase in the living room contains a library of books about the area including ‘Capitol Reef National Park - The Complete Hiking and Touring Guide’, an indispensable book for anyone interested in hikes. The bedroom bed was comfortable and covered with a warm comforter. The owner has even placed USB charging cables on the nightstand. Extra blankets were in the closet although we did not use them. Plenty of hangers as well. The shower supplied plenty of hot water and there were plenty of towels. We did not use the washer/dryer so can’t comment on that. We also only used the kitchen for breakfasts but it is well stocked including a drip coffee maker and a toaster. The refrigerator and oven were spotless. Th

That was the most amazing place! We've never felt so at home while on vacation. Darling little studio equipped with everything we needed for a two-week stay. Super quiet, comfortable bed, very quiet air conditioning, balcony with table and chairs that we used every late afternoon because it was in the shade and had the most gorgeous views of the landscape. We even saw some wildlife from there. And the host had graciously provided us with a folder of their favorite hikes in the area, which we perused and hiked with great success! Even the internet worked well! We will stay there again if we want to see Capitol Reef again...

Fabulous condo near Capital Reef National Park
The location is fantastic within minutes to Capital Reef National Park and the scenic byway 12. The views are amazing! The condo had everything you would need for your stay. Nice decor and extremely clean and everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Grand views and comfort near Capitol Reef
Everything about our stay was great. The views from the deck were sublime. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area was spacious. Everything in the bathroom and shower worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was a perfect base to explore Capitol Reef. When we return to the area, we will stay here again!

We had a great stay at Torrey Pines, why? 1. Clean, quiet, spacious apartment with amazing views out every window (and a huge jack rabbit running around). 2. After so long on the road, it was terrific to have a full kitchen to fix our own meals. The best! 3. Available and welcoming host! Thanks Meagan. 4. 10 minutes into Capitol Reef….close, but not too close, and Torrey is a cute town to explore as an extra bonus.

WOW! Just WOW!
Our stay here was fantastic! The property was quiet, clean, and was stocked like a home not a rental. Having a washer and dryer was much appreciated as Torrey Pines was halfway through our 3 week Utah trip. The large windows allowed us to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We wish we could have visited all 5 National Parks from Torrey so this could have been our only home base.

We were only here for 2 nights, but we loved this space. Plenty of room, clean, very comfortable, close to the park and restaurants. It was so nice being able to do laundry at this half-way point on our trip to the Mighty 5. Host thought of everything we might need. If we ever visit Capitol Reef again, we will definitely stay here again.

I loved the pretty view from bedroom window! The kitchen equipment was quite good since I have special diet and need to make homemade meals. We are not crazy about the toilet that didn’t flush well, other than that, that’s a lovely home to stay and we enjoyed it.
