It consists of one bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe, living room furnished with design furniture and air conditioning, TV screen, dvd player, movies, kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, heater, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, and other utensils. Bathroom completely equipped. Large terrace with sea views and aluminum shutters. Swimming pools for adults and children. It includes linen and towels.
It is on the beach of La Mata between Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja. Easy access from roads A7, AP7 and N332. Bus stop just 200 meters to the center of Torrevieja and Alicante capital. It has two good beaches differentiated next to the building, a totally virgin with 2.5Km long and 40 m wide, next to dunes and natural park, with paths to walk and another also quiet but with bars and restaurants, hammocks, etc. .
La Mata is a quiet area with all services, supermarkets, pharmacies, health center. It is between two towns with lots of life and restaurants, Guardamar del Segura (closer), and Torrevieja.
