Modern and spacious apartment. Torrevieja, Lamata Absolutely new renovated new bathroom, new kitchen. Near the beach. The apartment has many facilities, free parking, communal pool with children's pool, barbecue area, large playing field. There is a 2 minute walk from the apartment to the beach. There are also many restaurant, supermarket, bar only 5 minutes walk. All facilitis 2 to 10 minutes.
Big 2 bed rooms, big living room, new kitchen, dining. For 5 people.
If you like we do taxi service from airport ( BMW X5 ) cost 65€.

Awesome!!!
We stayed there for 5 days and it was great! All of it is new, and it was very organised. The owner of the apartment was also very friendly and helpful. From the balcony, there was a great sea view, and the good thing was, that just across the street we had a 24h gas station/shop, which was very helpful. Inside the community we had an excellent time at the barbecue area they had there and my kids had lots of fun at the playground. We also where at the swimming pool, which had a space for children. I highly recommend this apartment, you wont be disappointed!

Schöne Anlage, die aber in die Jahre gekommen ist
Die Unterkunft ist leider zu Teuer. Für so ein Preis könnte noch mehr Komfort da sein können. Wie z.B ein Geschirrspüler, dann gibt es nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafzimmer nur Ventilatoren die Nachts nicht viel gebracht haben. Aber im ganzen war es trotzdem schön gewesen. Der Pool ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es hat trotzdem Spaß gemacht und alleine weil zu jeder Zeit in den Pool gehen konnte.

Bel appartamento, rinnovato abbastanza recentemente. A 5 minuti dal mare e con piscina in comune a disposizione. Molto raccomandato soprattutto se con bambini. Centro di La Mata a 5 minuti, con molti ristornati e bar.
