It has 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, a beautiful and large terrace and garage.
Close to commercial and cultural centers. It is right in front of Cala Palangre, next to Los Locos Beach and a few minutes walk from the beach of “El Cura '. In the area there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.
The nearest golf courses are: Villamartín, Las Ramblas Orihuela; Campoamor in 5 Kilometers, ..... It is located 50 km from the Alicante airport.

La ubicación buena y las vistas también, el bar de abajo genial !! Pero.., la taza del baño no funcionaba bien, no salía agua caliente y los anteriores inquilinos llevaron un perro blanco que había dejado todo lleno de pelo, incluso la ropa de cama.

Idéal pour la plage, les commerces et restaurants. Manque un ventilateur dans la chambre où il fait très chaud Et petite salle de bain que l’on a dû mal à voir sur la photo !!
