"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "We travelled to Piemonte for wine tasting, and this house is almost ideally situated in the middle of the Asti-Alba-Barolo-Barbera-Barbaresco area. "Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."
