Tried multiple times sine one week before arrival to get the acces codes to get in the hotel via email en phone since the form to be filled with our data doesn’t work. Contacted Expedia to find a solution, property was not reachable as well for Expedia!. No answer until the day before causing lots of stress and frustration, therefore booked another hotel in the meantime. Until now i have still no feedback from the property. Deffo a bad experience.

The place is not meant to be for resting or sleeping, the rooms beside were full of people partying, very noisy, they were smoking, drinking and there was a strong urine smell. At 1 in the morning we left and walked to another hotel, which meant we paid double as there was nobody we could talk to or complain about the noise levels or conditions. Terrible experience.

Smash in the middle of Torremolinos…. Everything inside the building smelled of warm smoke (cigarette smoke) the towels and sheets…. Apart from that it does exactly what it says on the tin..

Not a good choice
For the price they should be doing so much better. The rooms are not clean (mini cockroach in bath included, stubs from cigarretes in the window slides), the towels, the bed sheets, everything what is inside is the lowest quality and requires upgrade. Overall the room is prepared without any attention to details. The location is central but there is also a noisy bar below so you have to think twice if you need to be so central.

Basic but clean accommodation Excellent location in centre of torremolinos Check in was easy when revived instructions as reception isn’t always manned Room was basic but clean for the price paid Cant complain and would stay again for a few nights with no issues.

Minimal furnishings and decor made this an excellent and unfussy choice. 30 second walk from train station and main entertainment mad it super-convenient.

Good location in the middle of Torremolinos. Not great to arrive with car since you can't stop outside. The building looked a little dodgy at first but when you get in to the corridors with all the rooms it was renovated and fresh. The room was clean and fine. Only problem was that there was no water in the shower or sink during the night or morning. Seemed like a temporary shut-off, but there was no notice from the staff that it would be switched off. Will not stay again.

Everything i needed
Bed was extreamly good, big enough room, aircondition worked well, smart tv 32'' whitch is bigger than usually in this price range. And little fridgerador also 😳

When we arrived. We didn’t know how to access the building, the safe in room had no key as previous person staying took key with them, it didn’t feel safe leaving passport and cards unlocked in the room, the towels looked ancient, we went and bought new ones. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked

Great low budget hotel.
The hotel has comfortable rooms and bathroom. No active reception, keys are left at desk. Entrance codes are sent to you on day of arrival . I arrive by car and there is apparently a paid car park but I was returning a car rental the same day so I'm not sure where this is. Very central .

The hotel was not unique.It was very noisy. The refuge collecting. There's like, every 10 minutes, so you couldn't not sleep. I would find it very hard to go back. But as I say, it is convenient. I would stay the weekend. But i'd find it very hard to stay for a week. .

Awful experience checking in. Chaotic and beyond difficult. We ended up trapped in an unmanned reception with another couple who had no idea what to do. No instructions on the desk. No codes given to get into the building or the reception. Some passer by on the street stopped and gave us the codes to get in - then we ended up being trapped. After finally finding a number drawn on the door - we finally got instructions whatsapped. This also took over half an hour as you had to register over what's app and when approved, finally the codes to the room was given. We should have had email through with all the details - including the location ( first floor ) and all the codes and check in details. Because we booked late that email didn't come. Very stressful and complicated. Room super noisy all night - over looking the bus stop and the bins - which seemed to be emptied several times a night. Awful experience and we stayed one night.

No staff on site, and no one answers the provided email address when (not if) there's a problem. If you stay here, make sure you have a SIM card that can make local calls, that's the only way to contact them. The entryway was regularly full of people with luggage seemingly unable to get into their rooms. The room was run down and cramped and when we finally got towels they smelled like they'd been washed lightly on "eco" mode - ie, smelled used and unhygienic. The location, however, is unbeatable.

Room had not been cleaned upon arrival, and no answer on the emergency phone line nor by Whatsapp. I had to request Expedia customer service to assist in order to get the room cleaned. This was not my first stay there, but based on the lack of responsiveness to reach someone at the property, I would not recommend as in case something critical happens you are on your own.

Avoid this place.
They sent the check-in details late so I waited longer for check-in and had to chase. The room wasn't ready when I arrived. I was asked to move rooms because of a water leak during my stay and then water was switched of for hours on one day with no explanation or idea of when it would be back on. Speaking to other people there, it sounded like we all had bad experiences.

He visitado el hotel en otras ocasiones y lo mejor es su ubicación. Pero últimamente el estado de la habitación deja mucho que desear. El cuarto de baño está cada vez en peores condiciones: la ducha no se sujeta, la cortina y la barra rota. No hay estantería donde colocar el neceser ni colgadero para la toalla. En general el baño muy deficiente.
