Located in one of the most attractive areas of Torremolinos, this amazing apartment for 4 guests with a communal pool becomes the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful sun and beach vacation.
The apartment is located on the 14th floor, accessible by elevator, and its terrace is the ideal place from where to enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea in the background. The facilities of the complex are designed for relaxation and outdoor entertainment. A large shared chlorine pool, measuring 11.48 x 11.48 meters, and with depths ranging from 1.20 to 2.00 meters, invites you to cool off on warm summer days. Additionally, there is a children's pool ideal for the little ones, and a refreshing outdoor shower.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be surprised by its brightness and comfort. The living room, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, is the perfect place to relax after a day of activities. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob and basic equipment for your stay. In the house, there is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. To rest, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and another with a trundle bed and access to the same terrace. A complete bathroom with bathtub completes the interiors, ensuring a comfortable and functional stay. Finally, we can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Torremolinos, on the Costa del Sol, offers a wide variety of activities and places to visit. The Playa de la Caracola, just a short walk from the apartment, is perfect for relaxing under the sun and enjoying the Mediterranean Sea. The lively promenade offers restaurants, bars, and shops for all tastes. The historic centre is home to the Casa de los Navajas and the Botanical Garden Molino de Inca. Culture lovers can explore the Castillo de Colomares and the Picasso Museum. In addition, the Aqualand water park and the Garden of the Eagles are exciting options for the whole family.

The swimming pool is open during the summer months from 9:00h to 22:00h.
