Instalaciones bastantes nuevas, con muy poco mantenimiento y muy sucias. El hotel tenía hormigas por todas la instancias. El mostrador de recepción siempre estaba sucio.

Really Enjoyable Stay
We really enjoyed our stay, the food was great, the staff were very friendly and the location was spot on. The only improvement could be for the hot tub to be hot.

Her fikk vi svært mye for pengene! Eneste som kunne vært bedre, var hastigheten på internett. Hotell ligger sentralt til både for restauranter og nærheten til strand og strandpromenaden.

Rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta pääosin ystävällinen. Englannilla pärjäsi respassa, allasbaarin henkilökunnalta englanti sujui huonommin. Aamupalabuffet oli hyvä ja riittävän monipuolinen. Huoneen siisteystaso oli ok, mutta parvekkeelle kerääntyi aika paljon hiekkaa ja sen puhdistuksesta sai huolehtia itse. Lisäksi käytössä olleet pyyhkeet olivat jo sen verran vanhoja, että pyykkäämisestä huolimatta niissä näkyi käytön jäljet. Olimme varanneet 4 hengen huoneen, mutta tilaa oli riittävästi vain (isolle) parivuoteelle ja yhdelle lisävuoteelle. Auton pitäminen hotellin autotallissa tuli usealta yöltä aika kalliiksi, vaikka saimme pienen alennuksen. Autotallin oven avaamista sai ajoittain odottaa useamman minuutin, sillä sen sai vain auki painamalla summeria. Ei kovin käytännöllistä. Välillä joutui käymään respassa ja pyytämään henkilökohtaisesti oven avaamista, kun lukuisista painalluksista huolimatta ovi ei auennut. Kaiken kaikkiaan olemme kuitenkin tyytyväisiä hotelliin ja sen palveluihin. Rantaan ja keskustaan oli hyvin lyhyt matka.

Hôtel convenable pour un 3 étoiles sauf repas
notre séjour à l'hôtel Natursun s'est bien passé. Il est bien situé, 3 à 5 mn de la plage et 10 mn du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux mais par contre ne pas prendre la demie pension ; repas pas terrible du tout pour un 3 étoiles; nous avons été très déçu de ce service, Autrement, chambre correcte avec vue sur piscine et mer.

Modern, clean hotel
This hotel is great for a short break, 10 minute walk to the beach front. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were four of us in a room so there wasn't loads of room but it was clean and comfortable. Only two sockets which wasn't great but we managed Quite a modern hotel, quiet quiet. We didn't eat here at all so can't comment on the food standard and mix Would be happy to go back here for another long weekend

Nice hotel.... but....
First impressions were hotel was of lovely condition, rooms basic but clean and beds really comfortable. Tomara behind bar makes all cocktails from scratch, worth the wait but it is quite a wait as it's only her working behind there!! Breakfast is ample, continental but does the trick! Only downfall was one night I was awoken by the hotel manager screaming at a female, I thought he was going to punch her. Yes she had made some noise coming up the stairs at 2am but there was a group of them so hardly all down to her, I opened my door to see what was going on to see the manager spitting in her face with his venom and calling the police!! All a bit OTT! It was very scary and am sure there are better ways to deal with middle aged women! Shame this happened as it ruined what was a lovely stay, luckily we didn't see him for duration of holiday, thankfully the other staff were welcoming and polite! Worth a walk into old town of torremolinos, come out of hotel, down the slope and walk left, and you'll find lots of little hidden streets and plaza's where you can eat at really reasonable prices! Or head across the road and follow road down and you will get to beach front, well worth a day on beach people watching!! All in all a lovely break, shame about the shouting though!

Lovely clean hotel, 5 min walk to the beach.
Enjoyed our time at Natursun in Torremolinos, rooms are basic but clean and tidy. No tea and coffee facilities as stated on room amentities and the mini bar is just an empty fridge. The bar maid by the pool speaks little English so there is a language barrier and she is quite miserable to be honest and slow, we always had to go find her if we wanted a pool drink even when it was busy. The pool area is spotless but the water in the pool and jacuzzi is freezing. Was also told tea and coffee around the pool or after a night out if we sat and had one before bed on an evening was free but ended up with room charges on check out so be careful of that. All in all a lovely clean hotel and I would be happy to go back there again if we were to go back to Torremolinos.

Très bon accueil, hôtel propre et bien situé
a notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre toute petite (pas d'espace entre la salle de bain et le lit) par contre très grande terrasse avec vue superbe. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et très gentiment l employé de la réception nous a immédiatement déménage nos valises pour une chambre hyper spacieuse au dernier étage avec la meme terrasse que la précédente.nous avons passé une super semaine au sein de cet hôtel qui est très propre et bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner à 5euros par personne correct (sucré et salé sont proposés). Pour le soir un menu à 12euros avec une boisson est proposé mais nous n'avons pas teste. L hôtel est super bien situé (5mn de la plage et 10mn du centre à pied) nous reviendrons très volontier l année prochaine.

Pleasant & convenient hotel
Very easy to find. Pool was Fab & not too noisy. Would have been nice to have a light near the mirror to put make up on & although there were no bath towels or coat hangers that was quickly remedied by the staff who were always friendly & helpful. Breakfast was fine but would have been nice if something like scrambled eggs & baked beans availabler rather than being carb heavy . The hotel is fairly modern in decor which was nice

Bodde på hotellet för att vara närmare Malaga flygplats dagen därpå, ett fint hotell över mina förväntningar. Det var rätt så kallt ute, fel säsong, så rummet var inte jättevarmt, solen hade inte varit framme på ett par dagar så att varmvattnet var obefintligt. En ringklocka i receptionen för åkallelse störde lite då det var viss lyhördhet i rummet då det låg i anslutning till receptionen. Gäster ringde på ganska frekvent.
