Spectacular apartment located in a privileged position facing the sea with cruise ship views of Carihuela and Bajondillo beaches. It is a stone's throw away from the center of Torremolinos and the train and bus station of this locality. It is also close to Malaga airport, the Benalmadena Marina, and various golf courses.

The urbanization has landscaped communal areas, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a beauty salon, 24-hour concierge, a tennis court, parking, and direct access to Carihuela Beach and the Promenade where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas.

The apartment has been recently renovated and has been designed to provide a comfortable stay for 4 people. All the materials used, as well as the furniture and appliances installed, are of high quality.

The apartment is fully equipped, with air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms and high-speed internet connection. Stay in Torremolinos

This is a lovely apartment in a complex of other applications that was once a hotel. The appartment was clean and equipped with all we needed for a weeks stay. The owner communicated well with us before our trip and gave us a good tour of the complex. The location is perfect - a short walk to the old town and a lift down to the beach / main promenade. As for the apartment view - simply wow!! Would recommend this appartment to anyone!

Lovely “room with a view”

This was my first trip to Torremolinos, and I wasn’t sure where to stay. I wanted to be by the beach but close to the town and this property fulfilled that. It was beautifully appointed with everything I needed and had an amazing view of the sea (with a balcony to sit on). The host made the experience complete by explaining everything upon my arrival and was willing to help in anyway possible if needed. It was a perfect three nights.

Fabulous Location with an Incredible View

Brand new and immaculate. Beautifully decorated with all the modern conveniences. Stayed for five days and would of loved to stay much longer is time allowed. Ideal for a couple, close to all the amenities you could need. I highly recommend this property.

Everything about our two-week stay in this luxury property was perfect! Jose gave us a tour of the complex and apartment, and his communication and attention to detail was excellent. Quality appliances and attractive decor. The home looks exactly like the pictures except photos can not capture the stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea like seeing it through your own eyes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

By far the finest location in Torremolinos. The apartment overlooks the sea making the view seem as if it’s a suite on a cruise ship. It is within a two minute walk from restaurants and convenience stores. The facility is quiet. A large pool dominates the lush grounds which overlook the beach. Ownership was responsive and attentive to our needs. Overall: exceptional in every level.

From the moment we booked the process was professional, informative and straightforward. Jose was a joy and met us on arrival to introduce himself and to give us a thorough overview of the apartment. The apartment is as stunning as the photos and the layout and attention to detail makes for a perfect stay. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect for enjoying the local bars and seafront restaurants. Beautiful property.

Overlooks the sea. Close to all amenities. You do not need a car, unless you intend to do day trips, but a parking space is included. I had no intention of using the pool, given the beautiful beach right outside the apartment, but was delighted with the 2 days that we spent by the pool. Poolside restaurant is great for lunch. Make reservations if you want to be assured of a table, but they accommodated us without one. Great experience. I love Torremolinos!

Perfect holiday apartment.

Santa Clara is a great location. From the apartment in the middle you can either take the lift to floor 0 and you are on the beautiful beachwalk, nice walks in both directions with all the restaurants and shops nearby. Or, you take the lift to floor 5 and the nice pool area with great views along yhe coast, you also have the nearby town center and railway station. The apartment itself is fully renowated and every squaremeter is used to best. Decoration is also very tasteful. You will find all utelities you will need in the kitchen. Many good things to mention as the rainshower, TV and wifi with all options you can ask for. If you wish you can be in bed and look at the sunrise.Wonderful view from the balcony (and the whole apartment). Great stay!!!

Wonderful Week In Torremolinos!

This was our second stay at Jose and Carmen's beautiful apartment in Torremolinos. We had wonderful stay when we visited in 2017. This summer we had family visit and everyone decided that they would like a beach vacation. Based on our previous visit we looked first to the Costa del Sol. I immediately recognized the picture of Jose's apartment and was delighted to see it was available for our travel dates. Jose and Carmen are really terrific hosts. Jose stayed in contact with us prior to our arrival, and he assisted us in arranging our transport from the airport in Malaga to apartment. Our flight was significantly delayed until late at night, but Jose was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos and includes everything you will need during your stay. The beach is just steps away with dozens of nice restaurants and places to grab a drink. Plenty of markets nearby to restock the fridge. It's really a great location. Jose is always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions or address any concerns. Beautiful apartment, great location, terrific hosts. We will definitely be visiting with them again!

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the sea! Breathtaking views and a promenade to walk all day for miles along the beach. The floor to ceiling glass doors open to a beautiful balcony overlooking the water and you can fall asleep listening to the waves. It was surreal! This updated studio is so well equipped and the generous hosts supply every amenity to simply cook at home or if going out they even have a hair dryer and flat iron to look your best! The smart TV was awesome and we were able to hook up our fire stick with no problem, feeling right at home. Our host was very attentive and was there from start to finish to answer any questions. The property has a lot of history including our favorite artist Salvador Dali staying there in 1930 while painting his piece “ the invisible man”. Very cool! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to anyone traveling to Torremolinos!

Mixed bag

I think that because we paid £2000 for 9 days we expected more . Apart from toilet rolls chocolate n water there were no larder products like salt pepper oil sugar . Cupboards were clear out each time I expect Sun beds not aloud around the grass area . Pool is surrounded by grass . Massive stains on chair .. sofa bed uncomfortable. E tea charge of £150 for pur grandson o top of the £2000 stay was absolutely disgusting. Toaster was a fire hazard .. If you like lifts and stairs and taky beach holiday this is for you .

A Lovely Apartment with an Amazing View!

My family and I had an unforgettable time and very much enjoyed this delightful home away from home in Torremolinos. Jose was a terrific host who answered all my questions, even weeks before our arrival. He made sure we were comfortable 100%. The apartment had all what we needed. And the view: Magnificent! It is located in an lovely and quiet area. And the building itself had some interesting history that made our stay even more captivating! Each evening we took great walks and there were shops, cafes, restaurants open until past midnight--couples, families walking--safe areas for sure. The train station is close by, which made it very convenient for us to visit other nearby places like beautiful Fuengirola and Malaga. I found the beach area closest to the apartment ideal to hang out--it felt like a private beach: quiet, with eating areas just a few feet away, where I had delicious smoothies every morning and fresh seafood in the evening. Everything was AMAZING! Muchas Gracias Jose!!! Unforgettable times in Torremolinos and Malaga! Costa del Sol--que bella eres!!

A perfect 25th anniversary vacation

We stayed at Jose's s beautiful deluxe apartment from June 4th to the 16th for our 25th anniversay vacation. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with Jose prior to our stay was easy and he met us at set time the day of our check in. Gave us a thorough tour and explanation of the apartment, building and surrounding area. Provided us a card to access the underground parking as we rented a car for 3 days to travel to Gibratar, Malaga and Granda Clean, bright, cozy and comfortable in a fantastic location with an incredible view from the terrace. Has all the amenities you would need including washer/dryer and the kitchen area and appliances allowed us to buy local foods and make some of our meals in the apartment. Clean linens and towels were brought to us halfway through our stay. The bed was a little on the small side as we are used to a king bed but it was comfortable and we made it work😁 We spent a lot of time at both the pool on the property and the Carihuela beach area through the elevator or stair access from the building to the promenade, and enjoyed walking everyday exploring the many shops, restaurants, and bars. Endless options for fantastic food in the areas away from the beach as well. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone thinking of visiting Torremolinos and we will definitely return again to this amazing location!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
