"Fantastic, well-appointed apartment, just across the river from the centre of town. The North-facing balcony is perfect for rebooting the view without frying! A really lovely bonus was the morning and evening fly-past of thousands of egrets from their roost to their feeding grounds - just beautiful! The apartment has everything you might need, we couldn't have had a better stay."

"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space.
