"DO NOT BOOK HERE. Please save yourself the hassle, we found at LEAST 8 bedbugs within the spand of 24hrs. I know you may want to save a few bucks but please take it from our experience, this is NOT worth it. We contacted the agency and they respond with no sense of urgency or solution. It is as if they know about this infestation. We are STILL trying to connect with someone about our reimbursement, they are not answering anymore, this is completely unacceptable. "

"Unfortunately our experience with 'Pierre Vancancies' was extremely unpleasant. On arrival we were given no instructions of how to check in or acquire the key to our room. We arrive to a completely locked premises with the option of a key or passcode entry, to which we had neither. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. "While we appreciated how responsive Dolors was, we felt that for how much money we were spending, the unit could be nicer. The photos were slightly misleading - the unit is a bit older, sparsely decorated, a bit noisy next door to a few restaurants and the shower nozzle height was strangely high. We would suggest if you are coming by train and looking to visit the main beach town, staying in a unit like this may be inconvenient."

"The property was exactly as listed. Quite central to Vilanova with a lot of lil restaurants and shops within walking distance. Xavi and his partner made us feel right at home and we were able to communicate despite our Spanish speaking limitations :). The thing to be mindful about is that the property does not have its own parking, has paid parking next door and free parking around 5-6 mins walk away. That slight inconvenience apart, I would definitely recommend the stay and will look to be back...

"Hotel? More like a home. Walking into this residence after a long travel day was like walking through heavens gates. A comfortable living space along with a full kitchen to cook anything you desire. The bed was clean and very comfortable. A private balcony overlooking the pool area was a Disney princess's dream.
