"It’s obvious the host is trying to avoid multiple listing fees. This property is not two units as advertised and rather one apartment. There is no separate room for the sofa double bed. It’s in the middle of the kitchen. We were initially planning on having every adult have a separate bed but ended up having to make every one share mattresses, which was not what we wanted.
