Ca La Laia is a house that dates back to the year 1879 and which has recovered its age old comfort. The tranquillity and beauty of the vineyards surrounding the village makes it ideal for disconnecting from the routine of city life.

Our greatest aim is to achieve the relaxation and recovery that one seems to have lost at some time or other: serenity, contact with tradition or simply a little fresh air and oxygen.

Fabulous Getaway
After five days in the city of Barcelona my friends and I retreated to the small village of Torrelles de Foix. Francesca was a wonderful host, accommodating and very helpful. The dwelling was clean, comfortable, so quaint and charming, and in a great location, easy to get to all the places we desired. Francesca went out of her way to provide us with information and all that we would need to make our stay comfortable and satisfying. I would love to come back here again some day. Highly recommend!

Amazing time.
The property is just plain cool. It has history and has a amazing personality. The owner is just a couple doors down and was so helpful, she explained everything to us and the community. We couldn’t communicate well bet she tried very hard and was so patient with us even though we couldn’t speed her language very well. The day we arrived there was no place open to buy groceries and she told us, asked what we wanted and bought us groceries. Just amazing.

Gemütliches Haus mit wunderbarem Innenhof / Acogedora casa con un maravilloso patio interior
Mitten in der Region Alt-Penedès gelegen, bietet dieses gemütliche und liebevoll dekorierte Ferienhaus den idealen Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Region. Alle Räume in diesem alten Haus verströmen ihren individuellen Charme und bieten auch für Familien oder kleinere Gruppen genug Platz. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen und das Highlight ist der kleine, gemütliche Innenhof, in dem man auch bei hohen Temperaturen wunderbar die Abende verbringen kann. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen vor Ort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Situada en el corazón de la comarca del Alt-Penedès, esta acogedora casa de vacaciones decorada con esmero es el punto de partida ideal para explorar la región. Todas las habitaciones de esta antigua casa tienen su propio encanto y ofrecen espacio suficiente para familias o grupos pequeños. El equipo de cocina no deja nada que desear y lo más destacado es el pequeño y acogedor patio, donde se pueden pasar maravillosas tardes incluso cuando la temperatura es alta. Los anfitriones son muy amables y serviciales. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestras dos semanas aquí y volveríamos en cualquier momento.

Hemos venido a pasar el fin de semana el grupo de amigas y hemos estado muy a gusto. Tiene diferentes espacios y es acogedora. El único problema es las personas con problemas de movilidad, hay escaleras para acceder a cada habitación.

Precioso lugar
Desde la entrada esta casa es muy acogedora, su decoración y su arquitectura incluyendo su historia nos encantó, personalmente ame esa mezcla de lo antiguo y lo moderno. Muy limpia, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera, un pueblo muy bonito con gente amable y servicial, hasta hicimos amigos, Francesca excelente anfitriona. Recomiendo vivamente pasar unos días en Ca La Laia.

Excelente casa rural en pueblo
Casa muy tradicional con buenísimo patio privado. Cocina muy buena con todo. Hay tres escalas para baja al gran salón de estar. Wifi muy bien. Arriba de la escalera ( no apta para gente con dificultades) tres buenas habitaciones una con terraza y los otros con on suite. Muy cómodas y con ventilador (solo necesitémoslos en una ola de calor). Para visitas etc hay tantas en menos de una hora: Barcelona, top monasterios, y vinos por todas partes!! El único negativo era el ruido de un par de vecinos con su música- pero somos mayores!! Toma en cuenta que es casa en un pueblo. En fin, buenísima casa, anfitriona perfecta y el maletero lleno de vino. 5*****

Bonita casa
Nos encanto descubrir esta bonita casa dentro del pueblo de Torrelles de Foix. Fuimos con otra pareja y estuvimos muy comodos.Nos aconsejaron ir a desayunar en una tienda donde elaboran ellos mismos el embutido y fué muy rico y abundante. 100%recomendable. Cerca hay senderos y varias rutas para hacer senderismo.

Hemos estado desde el dia 27 de febrero hasta el 1 de marzo , para celebrar el cumpeaños de mi hija junto con 6 compañeras de colegio , la casa estaba increible, muy bonita y todo super limpio , el entorno tambien muy bonito para dar paseos por los alrededores, os recomiendo ir al les fonts de les dous , esta super cerca de la casa. Y para terminar el trato super familiar de cesca y manel son increibles. Sin duda volveremos a ir sin tantos niños jajajajajajaos la recomiendo sin duda alguna . Gracias

Lo más parecido a la perfección
Hemos estado mi mujer y yo en Ca la Laia 2 noches, con bastante frio y viento en el exterior, pero en la casa no nos hemos dado ni cuenta. La calefacción funciona perfectamente, la casa está bien aislada y ha sido un placer estar en ella estos días. El entorno es muy tranquilo, extremadamente limpio, las habitaciones y la casa tienen todo lo necesario para garantizarte el confort, una mezcla perfecta de ambiente rural con todo lo que te puede hacer falta para que estés como en casa. Mención especial a Francesca, la propietaria (a Manel, su marido, no llegamos a conocerle), que se desvive por sus huéspedes ofreciéndoles siempre todo lo que está en su mano para hacer de su estancia unos días inolvidables. En definitiva, repetiremos seguro y muy probablemente vendremos con amigos, porque vale la pena visitar Ca la Laia.

excelente fin de semana
Viajamos tres parejas del 29 Septiembre al 2 de Octubre. La cena del día de la llegada estupenda, regada de buen vino. El bizcocho estaba superior. La casa es muy confortable, las habitaciones muy bien , sin ruidos. El patio no sirvió para alguna comida agradable teminada con un café con el que nos obsequío Francesca. Las recomendaciones de visitas por los alrededores muy buenas. La última visita a bodega (Pares y Balta) fué una sugerencia de Manel y Francesca y quedamos encantados. En resumen una muy buena estancia y,una relación calidad /precio muy buena y el trato excelente. Ana,Pedro,Marga,Gabriel,Ana y Rafael.

Había leído comentarios muy buenos de esta casa y la verdad es que lo merecen. Ha sido estupendo! La casa completamente equipada, no le falta de nada, el pueblo, el entorno de viñedos y sobretodo todas las atenciones y detalles que dispensan sus propietarios. Volveremos! Ah! un detalle que nos encantó...el climatizador exterior!!! un vapor de agua que refresca el ambiente mientras estas sentado en la terraza junto a la zona de barbacoa....guau!

FANTÀSTICA!!
Aquest estiu vam passar la última setmana d'agost a Ca la Laia i va ser genial!! tant el tracte dels propietaris, que va ser exemplar, com pel que fa a la casa en sí, que està molt ben decorada és molt còmode. Cal dir que ens van rebre amb un pa de pessic boníssim, van tenir detalls com deixar-nos alguna joguina pels dos nens que portàvem, només arribar ens vem trobar oli d'oliva a la cuina, algunes herbes aromàtiques i tot el necessari per fer-nos l'estança més agradable. També ens van preparar un dinar fantàstic amb una fideuà boníssima (el servei de menjar es paga a un preu molt raonable, et paren la taula i te la desparen perquè no hagis de fregar ni els plats). Van deixar-nos gaudir de la casa amb molta intimitat però atents per a qualsevol cosa que necessitéssim. Tot era molt net i polit. El pati té un vaporitzador d'aigua que refresca l'ambient. Tant els nens, com nosaltres i amics i familiars que van venir ens vem quedar encantats amb la casa!! i vem poder gaudir de la piscina municipal (que pràctcament era tota per a nosaltres, hi havia molt poca gent) i de les excursions a les Dous. MOLTÍSSIMES GRÀCIES PER TOT!!! Marta. Jofre, Enric i Lluís!!! s van rebre amb un pa de pessic boníssim fet per l'àvia)
