La casa è come nelle fotografie, immersa nel verde e nella bella campagna salentina , ma comunque a pocha distanza dal mare ,dalle strade di comunicazione e dal paese. "

"È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere. Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario. Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli). E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria."

"Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso, wie sie im Inserat beschrieben wurde. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert, auch wenn Simonas Eltern nur italienisch sprechen. Mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns verständigt und Simona war jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen. "We stayed one week at this house and completely enjoyed the experience. Our, hosts, Claudia and Gerrit, made us feel very welcome and show genuine concern that we were pleased with the property. It is located in the middle of Olive Ranches and is very private. The house and the grounds were very clean and we had everything we needed. It was very quiet to sleep and there was always a nice breeze to keep us cool. We particularly enjoyed spitting on the rooftop in the late afternoon. The sunsets...

Ottima l’accoglienza del signor Giovanni, nonostante il caldo torrido, l’ottimo posizionamento dei condizionatori d’aria ci ha permesso di riposare bene. Zona tranquilla e ampio spazio per parcheggiare proprio di fronte alla porta del B&b. Consigliatissimo!"

"Basic but very well equipped accommodation- very authentic. If you are after all mod cons don’t stay here; if you are after an authentic experience then do. Excellent location. We carried on the cat feeding tradition- although now they are two young ones, including a beautiful Siamese. Comfortable beds, great bathroom. Very limited kitchen spa very but this is clearly shown in the property details. We had everything we needed!"

"Apulien immer wieder gerne. Dritter Aufenthalt, diesmal der Südwesten.Wunderschöne Strände, teilweise lange Sandstrände, teilweise Fels, teilweise kleinere Buchten, also für jeden was dabei. Lecce, Gallipoli, Nardo quasi um die Ecke und unbedingt einen Ausflug wert. Lido Conchiglie, Ende September etwas verschlafen (außer am Wochenende) wo durchaus auch noch was vom Leben der Einheimischen mitzubekommen ist und nur wenige Touristen unterwegs sind. "A modern house with all equipment you need. you can enjoy a privacy. Anna is a kind person and helped us a lot. Everything was perfect, we spent a wonderful time in Monacizzo. Nice beach is about 10 min by walk. Restaurants are 5 minutes by car."

"Sejour remarquable. Tomaso et le reste du staff sont d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité a tout épreuve. Le breakfeast est fantastique et les conseils pour les restaurants alentours parfait. "La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). "

"Good property for 5 ppl with a decent sized kitchen. Location was walking distance to center of Porto Cesareo but you do need a car to get to the nicer Lidos. Owner was very hospitable and available to answer questions. Overall a good experience but I do feel that the apartment needs a little refreshing."
