"Excellent property , delightful , very helpful owner (Sandy) and delicious breakfast each morning . One minor point was a bit of a surprise . It only appeared two couples (including us) were staying the two nights we were were, yet of the six apartments (4 with fantastic views) we were putting a back facing ground floor apartment - looking at a wall(as were the other couple right above us). Maybe the rooms with fantastic views overlooking the valley were reserved with those who directly...

"Das Hotel wirkt komplett vernachlässigt. Es ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet, der Frühstücksraum hat die Atmosphäre eine Bahnhofshalle. Das Frühstück bestand meist aus vom Vortag übrig gebliebenen Resten (die am nächsten Morgen noch genauso dort gestanden sind, zB Kuchen und Brot). Es gab ausschließlich Marmelade, auf meine Frage nach Butter meinte die Hausherrin "nein, die hab ich nicht". Die Matratze im Bett war durchgelegen und desolat. "Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."
