Beautifully set in Old Torquay’s, this relaxed residence is walking distance to the beach, a short 2-minute drive or short walk to Torquay main street with an abundance of cafes, restaurant, supermarkets and shops, making it a fantastic holiday choice for the weekend getaway or extended stay.

This property also comes with split system heating and cooling (in living room), hydronic heating as well as Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy during their stay.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 27th December 2024 to the 17th January 2025, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 1 – Friday 27th December to Friday 3rd January
o Week 2 – Friday 3rd January to Friday 10th January
o Week 3 – Friday 10th January to Friday 17th January

If you are looking for a shorter stay period within these dates (min 4 nights), please email your request directly to for consideration.
