The hotel was great! Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that I think could make future visits more comfortable for us and other Marriott customers.
First, the reception had only one person at the counter, and there was no support when he was busy with multiple customers, which made the experience feel robotic.
Second, the room door did not have a bolt lock, so if a child pulls the door lever, they could easily go outside, which is quite dangerous.
Third, the room did not have a microwave.
Finally, it would be nice to have water provided in the room, along with additional supplies at the front desk, as this was not available during our stay.
