Nice spot to crash in a great location
Unfortunately there was a flood prior to our visit that occurred urgently which left some open areas In drywall and baseboards. We easily overlooked this fact however as the apartment was nice overall and a nice view and location was great. We had access to laundry, full kitchen, and a pool/gym. We were able to bike all over town and enjoyed the food within walking distance. The few concerns we had were addressed and remediated quickly by management via email.

The apartment was quite small, the walls were damaged and dirty, the bathroom fan did not work, and the air conditioning was broken. They provided a small fan but the apartment was so hot and humid it made it hard to sleep or relax there. It advertises a pool but it is across the parking lot in a different building, you need a key to get thru every door even out of the change room to the pool, you only get one key so we were stuck in the change room waiting for someone rlse to come thru the door to let us out as my husband had the key and was thru to the pool waiting for us. The only satisfying thing about the property was the location, it was close to the Roger Centre.we definitely would not recommend it.

A condo managed by a local property management company. There was no concierge service in the building; however, the company promptly responded to our questions/requests through e-mails. It would be good to have a "regular" cable service with local programing, rather than just Roku and Netflix channels on a Roku TV.

Modalité de réalisation du check-in déplorables : l'hôtelier exige la transmission d'une copie de la carte bancaire par un moyen non sécurité. Cette copie a outre été utilisée pour un retrait non autorisé ! Si j'utilise hotels.com, c'est justement pour éviter ce genre de problèmes ! L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Très peu d'équipements de cuisine. Présence appréciable d'un lave vaisselle et d'une machine à laver (mais aucun produit mis à disposition). Aucune isolation acoustique de la salle de bain. Impossibilité de joindre l'hôtelier par téléphone : il n'est joignable uniquement par email. J'ai ainsi perdu 1h30 pour régler un problème qui était de la responsabilité de l'hôtelier.
