"We stayed at Villa Mari for 2weeks. We are a family of 15 and we rented four of Mario’s 7 apartments. It worked especially well for us as it gave us our own space yet we were still able to eat and socialise together. The apartments were all ready for us when we arrived. It was very late but Mario and his lovely daughter Francesca waited for us until after midnight to settle us in. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. "Several families met up for new years with kids joining part of the time. Great central location for visiting towns in Umbria and Tuscany. House is very comfortable and heating worked fine. We also enjoyed cooking out on a wood fire. Kitchen is a bit small but perfectly adequate for preparing meals for 10 or 14 people, with two refrigerators. Beautiful view from top floor. Plenty of services and groceries nearby. "

It was clean and we loved the old school coffee pot to make our espresso in the morning.
