"Property pictures was not the actual photos of the hotel. Rooms were above a bar on a noisy street. Bedroom didn’t have darking curtain's only a sheers which didn’t block the morning light. Bathroom sink was plugged with hair. Room was cheap and convenient to University and bus route downtown. "

"The Regal hotel was very welcoming late into the night. The pool was brilliant, with nice views of Brescia and the rooms were big for our family. The metro station is about a 10 minute walk, and there is not much in the local area."

"Ottima gestione dell'hotel. Il gestore è molto gentile e accogliente. La camera singola è in buone condizioni. Il bagno è vecchio, piccolo ma funzionale. Ottima colazione con varie scelte di dolci e frutta. Utile da usare come appoggio per una notte o per gite con amici senza troppe pretese. Direi qualità prezzo ottimale e ci tornerei volentieri."

"Quiet location with lots of space to walk around outside. The apartment was very spacious. Great host."

"Bij aankomst schrok ik van de muffe lucht in het huis. Ook waren er geen twee slaapkamers maar in een studio twee ruimtes afgeschermd met luxaflex. Totaal geen privacy en dat met allemaal pubers. De douche ruikt vreselijk muf en is alleen te bereiken langs het slaap gedeelte beneden. De slaapbank is niet voor twee personen geschikt en als je deze uitklapt staat deze naast de keuken en heb je weinig f ruimte over. Tuin bank was ingezakt. "The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

"The property was a bit dated, but elegant and spacious. The location is wonderful, couldn't be better. The wifi is very slow and needs updating. That was a problem. Also, the mattress was extremely hard. Felt like sleeping on a rock. A good pillow top cover for the existing mattress might help."
