A few of my favorite things to do!: My favorite thing to do is take in the beautiful scenery, it is
truly special. Then cook out on the grill, sit on our log chairs on the deck and listen to nature
make it's way into the night.

Hike along the dirt roads
and trails and you could see a deer. Nearby is white water rafting, my son and myself had a blast!
Then we went gem mining and found some great gems.

All in all it's a unique experience that adults and kids will enjoy and remember for a lifetime!

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed this property for a weekend getaway on the water. The house was perfect for us and provided plenty of fun things to do without leaving the property. It was quiet, beautiful, fun and comfortable.

The property and location are stunning. Host is extremely helpful and responsive. It is very remote, plan accordingly as a day trip to a nearby town will take all day. It’s a great place to rest and relax!

Fantastic Lake Cabin
We stayed at this lake cabin for four nights and could not be happier with the accommodations. It is a beautiful clean home that feels like truly like a home. They offer so much more than just a clean lakefront home... paddle boards, kayaks, a firepit, hot tub, amazing lake views. Fantastic experience here.

My husband and I came here hoping to see the leaves doing their thing, while relaxing in what we hoped would be a pretty setting. We got more than we hoped for. Staying on the lake while still having the Mountain View’s was the best of both worlds. The home was lovely, the lake was beautiful and the area was quiet. We had a great stay.

Amazing vacation
We had a fabulous vacation! The house is everything the reviews say about it. Super clean, big, and has amazing views of the lake. Incredible place to stay. We rented a boat for the week and our kids and friends skied all week. We have stayed in the area before but this house is the best by far. We will be back.

We came down from Chicago to get away from city life and relax! We kayaked, fished from the Dock, built a fire, roasted marshmallows over the fire pit, sat in the hot tub and listened to the owls and just spent quality family time with our teenaged kids. House was great. We had plenty of room, Beds were comfy and house was very clean! Would love to come back!

The drive in will be tough, but well worth it. The cabin was awesome and beautiful. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We had an issue with the hot tub, Greg sent someone out the next day to repair it. Would stay here again.

Lakeside home with great view
My wife and I stayed 3 days here in late May. The home was very clean and well equipped. On the main level is the master bedroom, living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen, deck with a grill, and beautiful views of the lake from all rooms. If you navigate using your phone I suggest printing a hard copy of directions as you will likely lose cell reception en route.

Beautiful cabin
We truly enjoyed our fall break at this cabin! The lake is gorgeous. We took advantage of the kayaks and fire pit. The space was perfect for us with our 17 year old daughter and 9 year old son. They each had their own room which they loved. The view of the lake from every room and each balcony and the hot tub is perfection! We left a couple of times and went into Murphy for the River Walk and then Highlands for some shopping and lunch. Greg was super helpful with questions while we were there. Loved everything about it!

Wonderful family time!
We spent Thanksgiving week at Serenity Cove. Our teen and young adult family members and their parents really enjoyed kayaking and exploring a small island in the lake. The fire pit was a big hit as well. Day trips to hike, and see waterfalls were fun even in the cold weather. I am sure the view from the decks at this lake house are beautiful year round. Would love to return in warm weather. Highly recommend, if you enjoy peace and quiet or are a thrill seeker. There is something for everyone to enjoy, both inside and outside the home!
