Guests have access to the entire home. The entire space, including backyard, is fully private. (We do have two closets locked for cleaner supplies.)
In order to receive the entry code for your stay, a rental agreement must be signed:
- Rental agreement must be signed by all guests.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match.
You will receive links in a message as well as your email.
We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.
We charge a $60 fee per pet, per 30 day period. This fee must paid before receiving the entry code. This fee is not for extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste pick up. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, including and especially pet wasted in the yard.
There are cameras on the outside of the property.
Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and supplies may not be available during your stay.
Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard, but they’ll always respect your privacy and won’t enter your space without permission.
