This is our second stay at Potters and we’ll likely book again next year. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfy. We enjoyed a yummy dinner at the restaurant which was super convenient albeit a little pricey. We could hear the kids at the play centre next door but it wasn’t a problem, in fact it was quite sweet, they were obviously having fun! The reception staff are what makes this place! Kudos to them and their friendly welcome - much appreciated!

Welcoming from the moment we arrived,full attention to detail re shopping and eating which was also very conveniently located to the Grand Central shopping and eating precinct . A reasonable property, which is clean, and with excellent staff. However, intending guests should be aware there is a childcare facility next door, and it becomes noisy with young children very early - before 6:30 AM.

Stayed over a weekend and to our surprise found they don't serve food or drinks Saturday night through to Monday. Quite shocked as they had a full house and have a bar and restaurant. Shower and carpet dirty. Disgusted to learn they expect guests to wash their own dishes, unless they take all dishes out between guests and wash them in a machine eww. Sound proof rooms, I don't think so as we loved the yelling drunk girls next door.

Potters Boutique Hotel was our choice for a weekend exploring the area. Friendly reception team, easy parking, clean and well appointed room, quiet even though it's in the heart of things with heaps of restaurants nearby. It was really good value for money.
