Staff extraordinarily good - went the extra distance with personal issues eg missing sunglasses (restored), key tags (fixed). Faultless. Apartment appointments prepared to high standard. Location for Carnival of Flowers is perfect - walk to Queen’s Park, very short walk to junction of where the Grand Parade commences. Nearby shopping facilities. Would return, would highly recommend Laguna Apartments.

My apartment at 7 Aubigny Street was very quiet and for once there was no problem with parking. The location is good and I would recommend this property as one to consider.

We loved staying in the 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious and allowed for a beautiful one night stay. They allowed us to check in early, and they have an easy check in and check out process, and free basement parking. The local IGA grocery store, butcher and pharmacy were a 1 minute walk around the corner, so we were able to grab a few supplies very easily for dinner for the family. The only downside is that there is no gym or pool, but nevertheless it's a comfortable place to stay and we will definitely be back again!

The unit was not in the specific location the listing was under but a second property a block or so away. The building & unit security was excellent. The unit was spacious, in excellent condition & very well fitted out. We will definitely book again if holidaying the area again.

Good size rooms for 2 person overnight stay. Have to phone to get access to building. Only one extra blanket and that one had stains on it.

The a/c system was locked on a certain temp so we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night to try to cool the room down. This made me feel very unsafe was we were staying there with our two children. If I can't adjust the a/c temp I wont stay there again!

Was able to stay there as if I was at home with the facilities provided in the apartment. No noise heard from other apartments and someone a phone call away for any issues encountered. Like Channel 7 not coming through on TV in room. A reboot of system by the staff member and wella AFL Grand Final sorted.
