"The property is very cute and the location is excellent. However, the cabin smells like cigarette smoke. It was not advertised s as being a smoker friendly place and with an infant it causes me great concern. We only stayed 2 nights and we will have to re-wash all of our clothes because the smoke smell."

"It's a little dusty getting to the cabin due to the gravel road leading to the property, but the cabin is worth the dust. The view of the lake was serene and private, the house was tastefully decorated and inviting. The decks, the fire pit area, and the playground were all attractive and accessible. We had a refreshing weekend and the cozy cabin was just the spot!!"

"Had a group of old friends decide to to venture to Bentonville and experience all it had to offer. The property was perfect. It housed 8 of us very comfortably. The place was clean and easy to clean up before we left. Lots of room for games and easy to get to town. I would definitely recommend. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Loved our time there!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The updates in the house are beautiful. The beds and couches were soft and comfy. The decks are huge! I felt like I was in a treehouse because almost everywhere you look you see big beautiful trees! The house is a couple of miles from a little beach that you definitely need to check out. We spent a great day swimming there. We would stay here again."

"The kids really had fun in the large yard with playground equipment and everyone enjoyed pool along with covered sitting areas. The guest house offered privacy for those who stayed on that side and there was a great room for the kids to sleep and play at the main house. As for some negatives, the landscaping needed attention, couldn’t get most of battery powered kids cars to work, garage area needed cleaning and downstairs of main house can get pretty noisy if people are in loft area plus...

"This is the second time we stayed at the property. We came back again because we absolutely loved it there. The location is perfect 10-15 mins from the campus and the area is beautiful! The cabin was the perfect size for 4 adults- had everything we needed. The front porch was a great place to hang out in the morning before we headed out for the day and also and night when we returned. I am hoping it will be available the next time we come up for a visit."
