"Room condition a little worn and outdated, but otherwise a pleasant stay. "

"Their services are very heart warming and flexible. They picked us up at the late of the night, plus they provided welcome snacks and souvenirs too. If I give them an advice for improving, it is cleanliness. The property is obviously old, therefore they should be care about maintenance more. Other than that it is amazing."

"The strenght of this property is the location with magnificent views from the reception atea and rooms. The downsize is the architecture it is an ugly building and is need of major rennovations"

"It’s directly connected to Okayama Station which makes it super convenient. There’s a convenient store right next door, and the entry point to the train station has a shopping mall with shops like GU. Room was spacious and comfy, and you could order/choose the kind of pillow you like based on hardness. Breakfast was at the top floor which offers great views but selection was fairly limited, though they did have a live egg station which was appreciated. All in all, would definitely stay again when I’m in Okayama"
