Het meest fijne van het huis is het overdekte terras omdat het weer ook in de zomer niet altijd optimaal is. Verder is de ligging perfect voor uitstapjes naar de kust, de bergen (incl Picos de Europa) en steden ( Santander, Bilbao, etc. )."
