"Excellent location for our last 2 days in Osaka. Walkable distance to Rinku premium outlet and the amazing Marble bach, direct bus to Aeon Mall and free shuttle bus to airport to help you handle all the luggage from your Japan shopping. The hotel also have friendly-priced buffet which the kids love, and public bath for you to melt in the hot tub. Highly recommend!"

"It took me a while to find the hotel from the arrival area. Since the plane landed at night, the airport was pretty quiet, and all the stores and Information center were closed. Once I got to the hotel, there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. But other than that, the experience has been great. They gave me a bigger room than the one I reserved. The room is clean and quiet! That could be because of the day I'm staying (Monday night). The price is great on Hotels. com. Other sites...

"Self check in and self check out was easy. You need to read signs and ask for water , etc. or grab your own amenities which is fine. Many eateries and shopping all around. Convenient and room good dize for Japan. Bathroom, Bathtub/shower very large compared to many hotels. I would go back. "

"Friendly and polite staff at the reception. The hotel was close from subway and train stations and excellent access to places for sightseeing. The room was a bit small but very clean and safe. Great hotel for a budget traveller. "

"Lovely hotel and our room had great views over the harbour. Only 5 minute walk to Chinatown and shopping areas. Port and City loop buses stop right outside hotel and give easy access to Various areas and to Shin-Kobe station for Nunobiki Falls and herb garden which are well worth a visit. Only slight downside was the elevated roadways near the hotel."

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

"If you're not familiar with the area, it might be difficult to find the hotel entrance. I suggest you to do some homework. The hotel staff are great. The breakfast could be better. The location is perfect."
