"It was a perfect stay for us. Room was huge. My husband caught a bad flu on the second night so we had to stay indoor for the following day, and I felt extremely lucky we stayed here as the room was big enough to offer the comfort we needed. The hotel staff was extremely professional and friendly. They lend us themometer and helped to call the 24 hours drug store and booked taxi for me upon my requests. Overall stay was very pleasant and highly recommended!"

"Very good over-all for this family of 4. It had all the amenities needed in a fairly good sized room by Japan standards. Breakfast buffet spread was commendable though it lacked variety for our 5 day stay. Service at the restaurant was good but I found the service of the front office staff whp attended to me at check in not at all very welcoming. Its relatively close proximity to Nagoya Station is a big plus as was the plethora of dining options nearby. "
