"Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. "

Veronica was a communicative and helpful host from the get go and really went the extra mile by putting up some Christmas decorations up for us before we arrived. The cottage is just a little bit down the road from Beauly, so it's easy to get to as long as you have a car. The cottage itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you'd need. "This property was an absolute dream. Fantastic views of Loch Ness, walking distance to Urquhart Castle, spacious, quiet, peaceful and clean. It was a bit difficult to find for the first time in the dark as it gets quite dark in Scotland, but that was more due to my unfamiliarity with the area than the instructions that were given. I would still recommend trying to arrive with light left in the day because the view of Loch Ness is nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this property and...

"This was the perfect cottage in beautiful surroundings. It was our base for the week whilst we explored Loch Ness and other nearby towns and places. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and homely. The boating on loch Knockie was also an added bonus and enjoyed by all. Catherine was very helpful and always responded to any queries quickly. "I booked the lodge for extra bathroom as Mercy cottage was listed as only one bathroom, they omitted the cloakroom downstairs. It turned out we only used the lodge two nights to sleep in as it turned out to be surplus to our needs. It was also a half hour walk between the two booked cottages."

"The house was lovely and cosy and we had wide information about what we could do in the area thanks to Carol’s information. We truly enjoyed our stay and we had beautiful memories relaxing and seeing the beauty of the pond and views. The place is a 20 minutes from Inverness and 30 minutes aprox to Lochness. We had time to go to Fall Divach, Fairy Glen in Rosemarkie and watching dolphins in Chanonry Point. Beauly was very close to buy groceries and had nice dinner. "
