We are conveniently located on main street a half mile from old town Tomball. Enjoy watching our 55" smart Tv on a comfortable sectional sofa with built in charging station. We are just mins from all the antique shops, incredible restaurants, live music, boutiques, breweries and farmer's market. Relax in the fence back yard while your fur babies run around. Sleep well in one of the two queen beds adjoined with a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Great stay at the cozy cottage. Was in town for the Renaissance Fair, not a bad drive from there. Tons of shopping and dining options in town nearby. Food trailer court about a five minute walk away. The cottage itself was very nice, had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very welcoming and exceeded our expectations. There was a lot of room to spread out and relax. Others have mentioned the street noise but it really didn’t bother us and it’s not at all bad at night and we were here on the weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great little getaway with a cozy cottage feel. I loved the coffee bar and ample supply of pillows and blankets for the chilly nights. The property is shared with a few other detached residences and faces a busy street, so it gets noisy at times. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Stay was great! Upon arrival there was a wasp nest and it was tended to immediately by the homeowners. The setup was perfect, good sized bedrooms, very clean home with a huge living area to relax, quiet back yard and lots of snacks! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

The house sits right on a four lane highway and it took a while to get use to the noise but on the other hand it was close enough to walk to the many restaurants and shops in town. It was very well stocked with things you need for your stay.

The house is so cozy and decorated so cute! There is a small fenced yard, which is convenient if you travel with your dogs The houses right on Main Street in downtown Tomball so close to all the restaurants and nightlife. You are also within 10 min of 99 and also beltway 8, so very convenient if you were traveling to Houston. I lived in the Tomball Magnolia area for 30+ years and this visit was to see family and friends

We had a very good time staying in Tomball ! My cousin lives in Houston and we came down to visit for the week! We had a great time! Also I loved how I could bring my dogs! That was one of my favorite parts of staying in this home the doggy doors were amazing and my dogs loved them! We even got to watch a storm and the electric went out for a couple hours but we survived! Thanks again for letting us stay

Five stars. Delightful.
Great cottage. Just as described. We loved it. But with one caution: It's located on a busy street with a LOT of vehicle noise - including ALL NIGHT LONG. If you’re sensitive to noise or a light sleeper like me, you'll have to close all the doors in the front & sleep in the back. If you're like my wife and noise doesn't bother you, you won't even notice it.

Great location in downtown Tomball. Within walking distance to a few restaurants, & venues. The house is decorated so cute, & felt like home. The host provided a lot of extras that not all properties have. For example, she left a basket of snacks. Also love that it’s pet friendly. Cute fenced in yard behind the house, & skis had a sitting area off the sitting area between the kitchen & the rest of the house.

Texas Winter Visit
My husband and I stayed at the cottage for two weeks and cooked most meals at the cottage. The cottage was very clean and accurately portrayed in the VRBO listing. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking essentials, i.e. utensils, glass ware, pots and pans, spices, cooking oil, an assortment of convenience foods. There were plenty of linens and towels. The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies. The beds were comfortable. There are two comfortable sitting areas, we spent many evenings relaxing on the sectional. Jennifer, the host, was super responsive to questions and requests. Only draw backs, no dishwasher which was not a big deal for just the two of us. Also, the bathroom has one vanity and the commode is not in a separate enclosure. It was manageable for the two of us to share. The cottage is on a fairly busy street, so there is some road noise during the day, but it quieted down by the time we went to bed, so it didn't interrupt our sleep. There a few different fenced sitting areas outside, as well as a gas grill that we utilized a few times.

Amazing Stay for Ren Fest
We are so happy with our stay! We come to stay in Tomball every year for the Black Friday Renaissance Festival, this is our first year on this property. It was perfect for our visit and will definitely book again. We have our little Thanksgiving dinner after travelling and it felt like we were still home, far away from home. We hope to stay one more day next year, so we can explore the town a little more :)

The place was very clean, nice, and cozy. The owner provided snacks and a bottle of wine. There was plenty of blankets and a pack and play. The only issue is that since it’s on a main road, the traffic outside was loud during the day.
