La atención de Juan Carlos es excelente. La habitación La Cima está hermosa y confortable, además de tener una vista espectacular. Recomiendo mucho Las Luciérnagas! Te sientes como en casa.

Excelente y cálido servicio. Muy lindo y limpio, y alejado del ruido y el caos. Cerca de Avandaro y Valle de Bravo. Con gasolineras y restaurantes cercanos. Solo sugeriría un mini refrigerador en las habitaciones y una máquina de hielos. Súper recomendable para estar en paz. Volveré de nuevo.

Reservamos una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales y resultó una especie de litera, donde la cama alta tenia un espacio de un metro contra el techo. La pasamos muy mal. Ofrecer esta habitación con dos camas es una broma. El lugar es muy limpio con muchos detalles y un jardín bonito. Pero no regresaremos.

Me gustó que mi habitación tenía un pequeño jardín privado, además que tenía chiminea que le da un toque romántico, además era muy acogedora. Lo que no me gustó es que no tenía TV habilitada sólo para DVD, pero sobre todo la calle de acceso al hotel está muy fea y parece un tanto insegura, sobre todo de noche, y no queda cerca del centro, por lo demás bien, la atención fue buena.
